Treat your feet well


Are your feet feeling achy, tired and crabby? Wash the day’s fatigue off your feet with an aromatherapy foot soak.

1/2 cup epsom salts
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 drops essential oil of lemon
2 drops essential oil of sandalwood
2 drops essential oil of coriander

Mix the ingredients well in warm water in a foot basin or bathtub with enough water to immerse your feet up to your ankles. Soak for 15 mins. Ah, what a bliss…
